Keysli, LLC ("Keysli," "we," "us") operates keysli.com, a platform that allows tenants to share reviews of rental properties and landlords across the United States. Keysli is an interactive computer service as defined under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
Keysli is a platform, not a publisher. Reviews submitted by users are the sole responsibility of the users who post them. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), Keysli is not liable for user-generated content posted on this platform. We do not adopt, endorse, or verify the accuracy of any user-submitted review.
By submitting a review, you represent that:
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant Keysli a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your content on the platform. You can request removal of your review at any time by contacting us.
Keysli takes defamation seriously. Submitting false statements of fact about a landlord or property may expose you to civil liability. Keysli will cooperate with valid legal process requiring disclosure of user information in connection with defamation claims. Do not submit reviews you know to be false.
Keysli reserves the right to remove content that violates our Content Policy. We are not obligated to remove content solely because a landlord disputes its accuracy. Removal decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Keysli provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that reviews are accurate, complete, or reliable. Always conduct your own due diligence before renting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keysli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any review.
Landlords who believe a review is false or defamatory may submit a dispute through our content dispute process. Keysli will review valid disputes and may reach out to the reviewer. We do not remove reviews solely on the basis of a landlord's objection.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Keysli after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
